The brief:

Boat Pattana, a prominent Phuket real estate developer, invited C'est Design to oversee a new residential project on Cape Panwa's private beach. The unique feature of this property is the private pier in front of the house. In addition to the breathtaking views, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to own this one of a kind property.

Our creative solution:

Introducing the brand name "Maison Marina," which reflects the abode of seafaring enthusiasts. The Brand Identity was inspired by the gable of the original house on the land, therefore we elevated the design to become our brand emblem to perpetuate the story of the beachfront house into the future.
