The low-rise condominium project from JAS ASSET, located near the Ekamai - Ramintra expressway, providing convenience in accessing both inbound and outbound routes.

Our creative solution:

Represented by the name “NEWERA,” a play on the phrase “NEW ERA.” “WELCOME TO THE NEW ERA OF LIVING” “Experience the era of joyful living, every minute of the day.” Depicted in the shape of a timepiece, incorporated the orbits of the sun and the moon to signify the perpetual cycle of a day.
